We design room additions to look as if they were built when your house was.  We take your idea and design it  in 3D so you can see how it looks on your home.

Before...	After - Screen porch and deck w/ privacy fence for hot tub.
Before...	After - Screen porch on existing deck.
Before	After - 2nd floor screen porch w/ stair system and new handrails. Patio area is now dry.
Before - handrail will be removed and deck frame will be used for project.	After - 3 season room and  a new landing.
Before space lift.	Extend the loft area over the downstairs bedrooms for an extra bedroom or den.
Before - A fishing cabin.	After - A weekend retreat that became a full time home.

A poohouse and partially in-ground gymnaium are in progress.	The walk out basement was extended under the sunroom and trellis deck for a gameroom.  There's a waterfall in the corner.
Clestory and trapazoid windows provide lots of light in the poolhouse.	Exterior touches included spiral staircase to trellis deck, brick patio and walkway.

After - Family room on left and screen porch moved to the right.	Screen porch w/ removable plexiglass panels for the winter months.
Add a dormer to break up the roof and provide light for new living space.	Turn that attic space over garage into living space or a game room.
Sometimes you need a second garage.	Convert a carport into a 3 season room and add a garage that looks original.
